A native of Griffin, Georgia, attended Mercer University obtaining a graduate degree in education.  He is currently headmaster at The Catherine Cook School in Chicago, where he has lived for the past four years.  Mr. Stockhammer is a talented musician and speaker, involved with various high school literary, academic and fine arts competitions.  He is active in both civic and religious organizations.

Non-voting Chief Judge.  President of the Whitehead Companies of Georgia-an Atlanta based contract furnishing firm for the hospitality industry.  He has been an executive with both Miss America and Miss USA for over 20 years.

Resides in Atlanta and was recognized by President Clinton as an outstanding teacher for his service to the U.S. congress as an educational consultant and for his advisory role on a national task force developing foreign language programs for public schools throughout America.  He is a motivational speaker at pageant preparation seminars and his clients have won over one million dollars in cash, prizes, and scholarships.

John Bell

An international tax attorney for BellSouth Corporation, acts as legal and tax counsel for several entertainment businesses.  He is active in his community, sitting on the board of directors of Operation Dignity and the Agape Restoration Project, two nonprofit entities engaged in efforts to better the lives of the homeless and economically disadvantaged. A graduate of the University of Maryland, Jennifer is a former Miss Maryland Teen USA 1991 and Miss Maryland USA 1995, placing in the top ten at the Miss USA 1995.  She has modeled both locally and in New York.  Jennifer is also an actress, appearing in "Twelve Monkeys".  She is currently co-owner of "Images", which specializes in pageant consultation and she is a corporate account manager in Washington, D.C..  Jennifer resides in Annapolis, Maryland with her husband. Senior partner in the Rockville, Maryland law firm that bears his name. He has been a pageant judge on all levels of competition for 28 years and has been considered the dean of Miss USA state pageant judges. He carried the Olympic torch during the 1996 Olympic Torch Relay.
