After obtaining her law degree, this former Washington, D.C. native moved to Georgia and for several years, practiced law as a civil litigator in Atlanta. Currently co-owner of "And the Winner is...", specializing in pageant coaching, model training, and custom wardrobing, Joanne has judged and emceed numerous local, state, and national pageants. Her numerous pageant titles include Mrs. Georgia America 1996, Mrs. Georgia United States 1997, and recently she was crowned Mrs. International 2000.

Non-voting Chief Judge. President of the Whitehead Companies of Georgia-an Atlanta based contract furnishing firm for the hospitality industry. He has been an executive with both Miss America and Miss USA for over 20 years.

Legendary founder/CEO of the $200 Million Hawaiian Tropic Suncare Product empire, this former chemistry teacher/football coach/lifeguard became the original "American Dream" when, with only a $500 stake, he guided his organization to number 2 Worldwide in a single decade.

A plastic surgeon for the past 16 years, with offices in Washington D.C. and Maryland. Dr. Perlman has a national reputation for excellence, specializing in cosmetic surgery. He has appeared on both local and national television, and is often quoted in the New York Times, in addition to Allure, Self, Cosmo, and Washingtonian magazines. He remains well known in the pageant industry.

President of EarthCam, am international entertainment company based in New York, award-winning director of project for NBC, HBO, MTV Networks, and manager of several famous celebrities from the "Late Show with David Letterman".

Currently a Financial Consultant with Merrill Lynch's Private Client Group in Washington, D.C., he began his career as a Federal Tax Attorney. He later joined Atlantica, Limited. An international financial consulting firm, as in-house counsel and later President. During his tenure, he consulted to the heads of several Caribbean governments, individuals, and businesses in Hong Kong and mainland China.
